June 2008 Charity

Since 1982, the MN Chapter  of the NFL Alumni has donated over $2 million to more than 40 local youth-related charities including Minnesota Teen Challenge, Bolder Options, St. Anne’s Place, Make-A-Wish, Big Brothers Big Sisters and YMCA Camp Menogyn. The funds that support these charities are raised in two popular annual events. A Gala dinner, including a silent auction and raffle is held each winter. A charity golf tournament helps kick off the summer golf season, pairing celebrity and local golfers in the NFL Alumni Super Bowl of Golf event.
